More in process illustrations from Jason Harms (jasonharms.com) single/story “The Rider on High.”
The above illustration comes from the description of the Lord as sovereign over the vultures and flies–the Lord of the lord of the flies, without whose direction, the course and appetites of these creatures of carrion are of no effect or purpose. The lyrical theme bifurcates around a guy and a gal, and describes them in weakness and unrepentance, which becomes the very place in which the Lord, the Rider on High meets and restores them.
